A small housing site outside the development boundary on the edge of Swanley, Indigo were involved in the preparation of four options for the masterplan of this site and prepared four Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments for the associated planning applications.

Having been refused planning, we then worked closely with Gregory Jones QC and successfully defended all four schemes at a conjoined Planning Appeal.
