Planning success in the Green Belt

East Herts Council have approved our scheme supporting seven new contemporary dwellings in the Green Belt near Bishops Stortford. The LPA accepted that the scheme design is of high quality and that it constitutes ‘limited infilling’ in accordance with the NPPF.

Indigo’s input at Tregarthen’s Hotel, St.Mary’s has been instrumental in achieving planning success for an ambitious extension in a highly sensitive site in the Hugh Town Conservation area, adjacent to the Garrison, an impressive Scheduled Ancient Monument.

Spencer’s Wood Appeal Success

Another project to add to our growing list of successful appeals. Indigo acted as expert landscape witness for this appeal for 57 new homes which was originally refused by Wokingham Borough council on wide-ranging landscape grounds.

Indigo appointed by Downe House School
