Elivia Homes development in Haslemere

Indigo have been appointed to develop detailed landscape proposals for this new bespoke development of traditional, high quality and energy efficient homes at Scotland Park in Haslemere. The project is being developed by premium regional homebuilder, Elivia Homes, on behalf of Redwood (South West) Ltd. Considerable care has gone into the architecture and character of the project to integrate the scheme with the local vernacular. The proposal sets ambitious targets for overall sustainability and will deliver an increase in biodiversity to the area while retaining over 40 percent of the site as green open space.

Indigo will be developing detailed designs for the private gardens and public open space which will feature naturalised planting and two timber play areas.
