Indigo summer event – kayaking on the Beaulieu River

We were so lucky that the day we picked for our office summer event turned out to be a beautiful day with blazing sunshine, perfect for a morning spent messing about on the river followed by a leisurely lunch in a pub garden.  New Forest Activities took us on an instructor led kayaking trip up the Beaulieu River from Bucklers Hard, taking in some interesting wildlife in a stunning setting.  We all got the hang of kayaking and some of us got wetter than others but everyone had a great time.  After a morning’s exertion we were ready for a hearty lunch and a pint which we enjoyed in the riverside garden of the Master Builders pub.
