Suffolk Park receives Outline Planning permission

We’re thrilled to announce that after a brief but intense three months, Suffolk Park received Outline Planning permission yesterday from St Edumndsbury Borough Council. Indigo’s input was central to the application’s success, identifying and protecting key views from the surrounding area and ensuring the proposal sits comfortably within its setting.

Progress at Brewery Square

We’re excited to see work is nearly complete on the central courtyard garden at Brewery Square’s Phase 2B in Dorchester! The courtyard will be open to Brewery Square Garden’s residents later this year and features a series of interconnected garden terraces across three levels.

Roof garden at Kier’s Foley Street HQ

Dunsfold housing scheme approved

We’re pleased to report, on behalf of Kitewood, that Waverley Borough Council have granted planning permission for 42 new homes in Dunsfold, Surrey. Indigo worked alongside ECE Architecture to develop the successful scheme including detailed design proposals and a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).

Planning success in the Green Belt

East Herts Council have approved our scheme supporting seven new contemporary dwellings in the Green Belt near Bishops Stortford. The LPA accepted that the scheme design is of high quality and that it constitutes ‘limited infilling’ in accordance with the NPPF.
