Located on the south side of Lake Lothing this waterside project involved a major re-development of the redundant docklands within the centre of Lowestoft.

The proposals involved the development of up to 850 dwellings, up to 1,774 sq. m gross floorspace for uses as shops / financial and professional services / restaurants and cafes / drinking establishments / and hot food takeaways: a yacht club and marina; a 1.5 form entry primary school; a visitor centre for a County Wildlife Site; and associated infrastructure and open space.

Indigo were responsible for undertaking the Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment which formed part of a wider Environmental Statement; informing the design and coordinating with the project team.
