Hanging Langford

In this project our client sought planning approval for a replacement dwelling at the edge of the village of Hanging Langford, within the Cranborne Chase AONB.  Following initial discussions with the client and their architects, and working with Jackson Planning, we contributed to changes to the proposed building that improved its relationship with the village and the surrounding landscape, and allowed us to prepare an LVIA and a landscape masterplan to demonstrate that effects on the landscape character would be negligible, and that effects on visual amenity would be minimal (with a positive effect identified).  Overall another successful result, and one which we were really pleased to help deliver for a client who had returned to us having used our services previously.
