Working closely with Design Engine Architects and Turley as planning consultants, Indigo were integral to the successful masterplanning of this site for 350 new homes at Nursling on the edge of Southampton.

An outline planning application with all matters reserved except access, key elements of the scheme involved ecological buffering of ‘Home Covert’ to the north; the design of the open space (doubling as SUDS attenuation areas); and the creation of a pedestrianised link running through the centre of the site which enabled direct and safe access to a series of micro neighbourhoods.
