A major new 76ha business park at Bury St Edmunds, on the site of a former RAF air base, Indigo helped to secure Outline Planning approval from St Edmundsbury Borough Council in 2017.
Our input was central to the application’s success and involved the preparation of a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment for the development as part of a wider EIA, and undertaking detailed soft landscape design works as part of the park’s infrastructure proposals.
Having received outline planning, we have since overseen the construction of the park infrastructure and two speculative warehouses, and we are currently working on a new facility for Treatt (a manufacturer of ingredients for the flavour, fragrance and beverage industries), and an ambulance station on the park.
